The S-2 Intelligence Section is responsible for all aspects of operation planning and intelligence analysis. S-2 personnel are chiefly responsible for ensuring that the battalion enters combat fully capable and understanding of their mission, along with any possible constraints and enemy force compositions the S-2 Intelligence also handle ensuring the leadership of the Infantry are adequately prepared for engagements.
Mission
In the 2nd Ranger Battalion, S-2 Intelligence is chiefly responsible for creating new storylines and providing details to the operations beforehand in the form of briefings and OPORDS. They also task analysts to form World News posts and paint a picture of the environment the battalion operates in. Zeus Gamemasters and Roleplayers both work together in tandem to improve the experience of the soldiers on the grounds and pilots in the air.
